REFUND POLICY

Leather Right has its expertise in making custom tailored, handmade leather apparel. We emphasize on the fact that we do not carry any on rack inventory. Every product is handmade as per each order by the customer. We do have options for the customers between standard size garments and custom tailored.

However, we request our customers to confirm their size instead on ordering at assumption, prior to placing the order. We highly recommend our buyers to place a custom order with all their measurements for the best fit.

If there are any problems encountered with the product please report to our Customer Support within 24hours of delivery.

Problem entitled to a refund:

  • Wrong fit
  • Damaged product upon delivery
  • Color fade

The steps for efficient processing of complaint:

Click a photograph or said problem and mail it to Customer Support along with the problem mentioned in detail.

Based on the review of the problem a refund will be issued within the maximum processing time.

Refund details:

  • Items that have problem in fit that is because of wrong measurements given by the buyer or wrong size chosen- No refunds will be issued
  • Items that have problem in fit for reasons in Leather Right’s control- 100% of the item price will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued on complaints of odor or garment quality. Leather Right makes certain that all its garments are handmade from selected high quality lambskin leather and suede only. Leather being processed and treated for wear ability will possess certain fragrance which will dampen with usage only.
  • No refunds will be issued if the damage has been post delivery
  • No refunds will be issued if color has faded during use due to incorrect usage. Please follow our care instructions( hyperlink to care page)
  • No refunds will be issued if the garment has been used by the buyer.
  • All processing of refunds will only happen once the product has been returned to Leather Right.

Processing of refund:

The refund will be issued to the credit card or other mode of payment used to make the purchase. Depending on the financial institution, refund might take extra 2-10 business days to process and up to 30 days for international transactions
